North Coast Fitness is a family run gym located in Padstow, focusing on providing a welcoming environment, with equipment and classes to suit all fitness levels.
With experience in various areas of the industry and a strong passion to help clients achieve their goals, North Coast not only provide top-level service in the gym, but also have a supplements line designed to help with training and a clothing line.
Quality is an important factor to the service provided at North Coast and owner, Ross, will not sell services or products that he doesn't use or believe in himself.
Recently, Ross has begun to branch out and build an online portal to the gym. This will enable him to focus on people that lack the confidence or financial freedom to either join a gym or hire a 1-to-1 personal trainer. There will also be exciting custom built programs for more advanced areas including bodybuilding.
